Ranganathan Street:

Ranganathan Street is busiest streets in Chennai. This is also referred as T. Nagar and shopping center of Chennai. The full street is filled with multiple branded shopping centers and street sellers are also sell their articles with very low prices and gain more money. This is one of the famous places to visit in Chennai, because the famous shops like Saravana Stores, Jeyachandran Textiles and Ratna Stores have a big company in that street. Who all come with train, the West Mambalam railway station is very near to this shopping street and also this is the easy way to reach Ranganathan Street.

Santhome Church:

Santhome church is also one of the famous tourist Places in Chennai to visit. This is very oldest church in India. It was built in 16th century by the Portugues Raj. After that the structure of this was extended to Cathedral by British. This is one of the famous spiritual places for Christians in India, this was devoted to St. Thomas, he is well known Jesus christ’s disciples.

Arignar Anna Zoo and Park:

This is another famous place to visit in Chennai. This is one of the oldest and first zoological parks in India. Arignar Anna Zoological Park also named as Vandaloor Zoo. Vandaloor itself cover the area up to 1500 acres and it has greenery infrastructure. Another benefit is Safari facility is available for who wish to watch the Lions in their natural place.This zoological park hasincluded more number of mammals, crocodiles and reptiles, birds, and fishes. This zoo normally meets 2 million visitors per year. It has more benefits for old age people with electric cars and tourist vans.

Guindy National Park:

Guindy National Park is one of the small tourist places in Chennai. This is located near Guindy Railway station and IIT Madras. This park was protected area and this is the home for Governor of Tamilnadu. Inside this, Snake Park and children’s park are open for public and some restrictions to enter inside the forest. The open times are 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. This is closed on Tuesday.

Elliot’s Beach:

Elliot’s Beach is also named as Besant Nagar beach. This beach is attracts more people in the time of evening. There are so many entertainments are available like restaurants and more. This beach has one of famous architecture called Karl Schmidt Memorial. Near to Elliot’s Beach the Astalakshmi Temple and Velankanni Church places are available to see.
